Manage Subscription

You can view your current plan, expiration date, and credit usage in the Manage Plan page.

Free Trials

The Pro Plan offers a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you’ll receive 5 credits and get access to SDK filter, with a limit of viewing only the first 3 data entries (this limit doesn’t apply if you ues the basic filter). All other features are identical to those in the Pro Plan including export.

Before starting the trial, you’ll need to provide your payment information. At the end of the trial, you’ll be charged for the plan. Successful payment will grant you access to the full package, while a failed payment will switch you to the free version. During the trial, you can cancel at any time, and no automatic charge will occur after the trial ends.

Each user can only have one free trial.

Renew Subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

To cancel auto-renewal, go to Manage Plan page, click “Manage Subscription” and change your plan in Stripe.

• 1. Fork does not offer refunds. Downgrades and cancellations take effect after the current plan expires.

• 2. Upgrading refers to switching to a plan that offers more credits at one billing cycle, while downgrading refers to moving to a plan that offers fewer credits at one billing cycle.
